Job Overview In this full-time role, you will work cross-functionally with various teams, including Product Management, Data Science, Analytics, Vendor Management, and 3D Artists, to drive business outcomes through in-depth analysis of business process data. As a Senior Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in reporting-level data management, SQL scripts, and web-based dashboarding to track key performance indicators that power business results. Your primary location will be remote, with the option to work from anywhere in the USA, and you will be expected to collaborate closely with our Boston, MA Headquarters team. Key Responsibilities Drive key projects across multiple imagery workstreams, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks Create custom analytic reports by reading and summarizing data and trends to communicate image quality insights to stakeholders Improve current structures by analyzing current practices, leveraging data to suggest and design process changes Serve as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams, maintaining a wide range of stakeholders aligned on achieving a novel set of value-driven outcomes Partner with Product Managers to assist in designing, supporting, testing, and improving arenaflex's proprietary workflow management tools and production ecosystem Monitor process health and performance, identify routine trends, and provide advice to increase actionable steps Help build scalable strategies to support data collection and pipeline optimization Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in improving processes, reporting, and metrics in Operations, Business Analysis, or Strategy Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or other quantitative and technically rigorous discipline required Highly analytical, with experience in reading and decoding large data sets directly (experience with SQL required, Google Data Studio dashboarding experience preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a highly detail-oriented environment Ability to break down large, complex, ambiguous goals into achievable pieces Ability to tie tactical objectives to broader business goals Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in 3D or Imagery is a plus Experience with web-based dashboarding tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Knowledge of data visualization best practices and techniques Familiarity with agile project management methodologies Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
