Job Overview Under minimal supervision, you will manage projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers, including design and implementation of new solutions and issue resolution. You will develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives, utilizing advanced business analysis skills and database tools generated data to drive innovative and improve quality, customer-centric results, and forecasting. Your expertise will be essential in proactively developing recommendations for customer opportunities and internal processes within cross-departmental projects. Key Responsibilities Manage projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers, including design and implementation of new solutions and issue resolution. Develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives. Utilize advanced business analysis skills, database tools generated data to improve techniques which drive innovative and improve quality, customer-centric results, and forecasting. Proactively develop recommendations for customer opportunities and internal processes within cross-departmental projects. Maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, including presentation of analytical results and solution recommendations to stakeholders on a regular cadence. Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Four (4) years of work experience in external customer problem resolution. Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications. Strong interpersonal skills. Directly related experience may offset degree requirements. Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Preferred Qualifications Master Export Specialist (MES)-Customs Broker License. Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or related. Coordination of air and ocean shipments, including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking. Customs import controls and clearance experience. Certified Export Specialist (CES). Certified Customs Specialist (CCS). Skill and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will possess advanced business analysis skills, with the ability to utilize database tools generated data to drive innovative and improve quality, customer-centric results, and forecasting. You will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts. Your expertise in quantitative analytical solutions will be essential in supporting strategic performance and customer experience initiatives.
