Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments in a professional and courteous manner Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to ensure data accuracy and compliance Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services and customer experience Upsell when required to promote our products and services and meet customer needs Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent Ability to type 30 words per minute, with strong oral and written communication skills Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Prior experience in a healthcare customer service role, with knowledge of healthcare products and services Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or a related field Work from Home Requirements To work from home successfully, you will need to meet the following requirements: Internet connection requirements: minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 50.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps, ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms Proof of internet speed required, with a reliable and stable connection Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
