Job Overview Under minimal supervision, the Senior Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst will manage projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers. This includes the design and implementation of new solutions, issue resolution, and the development of quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess advanced business analysis skills, utilizing database tools and generated data to drive innovative, quality, customer-centric results, and forecasting. Key Responsibilities Manage projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers, including design and implementation of new solutions and issue resolution. Develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives. Utilize advanced business analysis skills, database tools, and generated data to improve techniques that drive innovative and improve quality, customer-centric results, and forecasting. Proactively develop recommendations for arenaflex/customer opportunities and internal processes within cross-departmental projects. Maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, including presentation of analytical results and solution recommendations to stakeholders on a regular cadence. Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Four (4) years of work experience in external customer problem resolution. Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications. Strong interpersonal skills. Directly related experience may offset degree requirements. Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Preferred Qualifications Master Export Specialist (MES)-Customs Broker License. Quality improvement certification and/or experience, such as QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or related. Coordination of air and ocean shipments, including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking. Customs import controls and clearance experience. Certified Export Specialist (CES). Certified Customs Specialist (CCS). Skill and Competency Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
