Our team is dedicated to helping our customers achieve their financial goals, and we are seeking talented individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding customer service. **Job Summary** As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of less experienced Client care Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes, while ensuring the overall effectiveness of the group. You will provide input and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a focus on customer support. You will also perform complex customer service tasks, provide topic expertise and translation of methodology to less experienced Client assistance Agents, and provide guidance to meet defined efficiency and execution objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the execution of less experienced Client care Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes, and the general effectiveness of the group * Provide input and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a focus on customer support * Perform complex customer service tasks * Provide topic expertise and translation of methodology to less experienced Client assistance Agents and provide guidance to meet defined efficiency and execution objectives * Collaborate with the quick group and communicate with different offices * Suggest areas requiring improvement * Connect with internal and external clients * Handle incoming and active calls to clients * Utilize various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on proclamations **Required Capabilities** * 4 years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education * Strong customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Successful organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills * Microsoft Access skills * Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information **Preferred Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with financial services or products * Experience working with customers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Benefits of Working at blithequark** As a leading financial organization, blithequark offers a comprehensive range of benefits to its employees.
