Your goal will be to ensure that our clients have an amazing experience with arenaflex, and you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities Remotely manage a portfolio of high-touch customers, providing day-to-day support via phone calls, emails, and real-time chat feature Resolve service problems by clarifying customer issues, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution Manage escalations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively Collaborate with other team members and departments to champion customer questions and feedback, driving continuous improvement and growth Ensure that clients have an exceptional experience with arenaflex, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs Recommend potential growth strategies by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs, identifying opportunities for expansion and development Serve as a liaison between clients and our internal operations team, communicating information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Communicate with property management groups regarding the services being provided, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Quality Focused: A strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and excellence in all aspects of your work Problem Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions Detailed Documentation: Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issues Phone Skills: Excellent phone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and stakeholders Conflict Resolution: Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Multi-Tasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools and technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
