Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join our Worldwide Public Sector team, focusing on helping the U.S. Space Force achieve its cloud transformation goals. As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey. You will work closely with AWS account managers, solution architects, and service team subject matter experts to remove obstacles, solve customer problems, and facilitate mission workload transformation. Key Responsibilities Working with organizations in all stages of their cloud adoption, you will be an advocate guiding customers through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey. Identify and accelerate the customer’s realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of arenaflex services, partner solutions, best practices, and other. Help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other. Establish and mature operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of arenaflex frameworks and mechanisms. Work across arenaflex to apply your technical, business, and program management expertise to solve some of the most complex and challenging technology problems for our customers. Define opportunities that are strategic to the customer’s cloud journey, including large-scale migrations, data analytics, digital transformation, and innovation, business agility, and other. Interface with partner and cross-functional teams, customer team members, and pre/post sales to drive detailed discussions seeking alignment to deliver cloud adoption and migration strategies with, and on behalf of your customer. Create, manage, and deliver business and technology projects, navigating risks or roadblocks, and execute in an ambiguous and changing environment. Essential Qualifications 8+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience. Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent. Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams. 8+ years of leading large-scale, technical, or engineering programs in the U.S. Department of Defense (5+ of these years working with the U.S. Space Force) and 3+ years working DoD delivery/post-sales programs, with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience. Must be a U.S. citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification. Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar. Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes, and timelines. Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense compliance frameworks and security requirements, such as NIST the DoD CC SRG. Compensation and Benefits Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
