Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities Assemble investigations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces. Answer key business questions and provide insightful expertise on the different trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase conversions. Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of diagnostic solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products. Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand partner behaviors/values and have an impact across the business. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale. Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. Experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects: taking them from unknown requirements to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome. Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior management. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative field. Demonstrated data perception abilities with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. Knowledge of marketing landing pages, join funnel, and trade spaces. Ability to identify and appropriately call out issues to leadership. Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience. Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
