Job Overview In this exciting role, you will contribute to the design and development of our data products and data warehouses, focusing on Happy Execution and Content Engagement data. You will leverage your technical expertise to build scalable and efficient data warehousing solutions, create ETL pipelines in Big Data environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful data solutions. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the design and development of data products and data warehouses, focusing on Happy Execution and Content Engagement data Design and develop scalable and efficient data warehousing solutions, building ETL pipelines in Big Data environments (cloud, on-prem, hybrid) Utilize our tech stack, including Hadoop, AWS, Snowflake, Spark, and Windstream, to develop and implement data solutions Collaborate with Data Product Managers, Data Architects, and Data Scientists to design, implement, and deliver successful data solutions Maintain detailed documentation of your work and changes to support data quality and data governance Ensure high operational efficiency and quality of your solutions to meet SLAs and support commitment to our clients (Data Science, Data Analysis teams) Be an active participant and advocate of agile/scrum practice to ensure safety and process improvements for your team Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for working with large datasets. The ideal candidate will have: Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Strong SQL skills and ability to write queries to extract data and build performant datasets Hands-on experience with distributed systems like Spark, Hadoop (HDFS, Hive, Voila, PySpark) to query and manage data Experience with at least one major MPP or cloud database technology (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) Proficiency in data integration toolsets (e.g., Windstream) and writing and maintaining data pipelines Experience with data modeling procedures and data warehousing standard techniques and practices Good scripting skills, including Bash scripting and Python Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud technologies like AWS (S3, EMR, EC2) Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing environments Strong understanding of data architecture and data warehousing principles Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
