Job Overview We are searching for a profoundly energetic and arrangement situated Senior Data Science Analyst to join our Pursuit and Suggestions Examination group. The group utilizes blithequark's colossal datasets to illuminate the guide of our recommendations. We work in close coordinated effort with a high performing group of designers, AI engineers/information researchers, and item supervisors who are on the main edge of the item suggestion space. Key Responsibilities Design, run, and analyze the consequences of A/B trials of new proposal calculations and procedures; we also foster new testing and test analysis techniques. KPI reporting and monitoring; this includes irregularity detection tools and high-level estimation approaches. Exploratory data analysis (for example, clustering/division) to create new insights and inform our item suggestion guide. Utilize and foster our in-house automated tools; for example, we have made a QA instrument to better understand the performance of our new calculations before A/B testing them. Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel ideas and opportunities. Plan and run A/B trials of our most recent suggestions calculations. Proactively monitor our suggestion models to identify likely issues, decide underlying drivers, and resolve. Build new tools that allow us to be more useful and efficient. Work closely and build useful associations with our item, engineering, and AI partners. Convey key insights and recommendations to cross-functional executive leaders across the organization. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience in a scientific role (notwithstanding any graduate education). Analysis or Data Science experiences with e-commerce organizations is a strong plus. In-depth experience with SQL (total capabilities, query optimization, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flash, etc.), required. In-depth experience with python and python tools (Jupyter notebooks, functions, pandas, sklearn, matplotlib, etc.), required. Experience with experimental design (A/B tests) and statistical analysis to drive business navigation, highly preferred. Knowledge and experience using AI algorithms/techniques (decision trees, random forest, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting, highly preferred. Solid written and verbal communication with a collaborative person, highly cooperative mindset. Ability to collaborate and proactively communicate with partners. Proven history of taking ownership and driving results. Thrive in a fast-moving environment. Solid business acumen, analytical skills, and technical abilities alongside problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, etc.). Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing systems. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.). Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN, etc.). Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, etc.).
