Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Specialist to design, develop, maintain, and support our Enterprise Information Warehouse and BI stage within Tesla using various data/BI tools. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment to examine, plan, create, and deliver Enterprise Information Warehouse solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data pipeline development, data warehousing, and business intelligence, with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Key Responsibilities Work in a time-bound environment to examine, plan, create, and deliver Enterprise Information Warehouse solutions. Make ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Windstream. Build ad-hoc reports to help more inquisitive data clients and to provide automation using Tableau. Design, develop, maintain, and support our Enterprise Information Warehouse and BI stage within Tesla using various data and BI tools. Build ad-hoc reports depending on the situation to help more inquisitive data clients and to provide automation using Tableau. Foster collaborative relationships and work with key business stakeholders, IT resources to gather requirements and for the efficient delivery of solutions. Communicate technical and business themes, as required, in a 360-degree manner, when required; communicate using written, verbal, and presentation materials as necessary. Create, uphold, and recommend upgrades to Applications in the area of standards, policies, compliance, and quality assurance practices; participate in design and code walkthroughs. Take ownership of and deliver process. Stay up-to-date on applicable technologies and frameworks. Focus on work based on highest impact on the business. What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and experience: 2+ years of experience in creating data pipelines using Python/Windstream. Experience with designing DataMart, Data Warehouse, data set objects within social data sets MySQL, SQL Server, Vertica. Strong capability in SQL and query writing. Strong critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong experience with creating heavenly dashboards and reports for C-level leaders.
