About the Role and Responsibilities The Senior Director, Project Management will be responsible for developing and executing long-term functional strategies to achieve key business objectives. This will involve evaluating key business challenges, directing the development of new or innovative solutions, and providing direction, management, and oversight of individuals and teams supported by key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to deliver client-facing engagements with planned and fixed start and end dates, analyze, transform, and re-engineer operations and processes to increase and improve cost and satisfaction levels. Ensuring the success of mission-critical client-facing projects, project support, escalations, solution approach, and recommendations Leading the organization designed to deliver client-facing efforts while driving efficiencies throughout the end-to-end process Aligning business unit and IT leadership to client-facing efforts, ensuring proper accountability and alignment with company and client goals Providing operational oversight, risk mitigation, governance, and compliance for assigned areas Acting as a liaison with various business leaders and senior management teams Driving the organization forward and holding accountable those responsible for daily actions and initiatives Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate a wide and comprehensive understanding of project management, IT systems, product development, and operations/service delivery. This understanding will drive client-facing implementation teams. You will also need to have: 5-7 years of experience leading large-scale, geographically dispersed service delivery teams 5-7 years of experience working in the healthcare industry with a good understanding of government healthcare programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and pharmacy Progressive experience overseeing and managing large-scale implementations for end-to-end system engagements Experience in healthcare systems at either the health plan level or in a corporate environment Exceptional people management skills and an excellent track record of mentoring and staff retention A background in healthcare and regulations and legislation Experience with technology project delivery A Bachelor's degree A consistent track record of successfully delivering implementation projects on time and within budget Flexible Working Conditions At Conduent, we recognize that everyone is different, and we want you to be yourself.
