Job Overview The Senior HR Technology Analyst role at arenaflex is a strategic and innovative position that invests in the future of our people. As a liaison between our business and technology partners, this role joins the People Systems Team and will frequently aid in the development and maintenance of our HR and Payroll systems, including Workday. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem-solver with a forward-thinking mindset, excited to join our tight-knit and high-performing team and deliver on numerous projects that drive the future of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or monetary records for analysis by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders Participate in Enterprise projects; provide subject matter expertise in People data and analytics strategies Resolve escalated issues through the investigation of discrepancies in Employee records Ensure data integrity is maintained by correctly interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure capabilities and next stories meet expectations Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives Conduct analysis and identify solutions to business problems May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, managing documents and records, stenography, and transcription, designing forms, and other office processes and terminology Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods, including alternative methods to inform and entertain through written, oral, and visual media Knowledge of concepts and processes for employees' recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and employees' data systems Skill in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Skill in identifying complex problems and reviewing related data to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Skill in identifying how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and environment will affect outcomes Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (such as finding a relationship among unrelated events) Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand Ability to tell when something is incorrect or is likely to go wrong, which does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced expertise and experience with Workday configuration in HCM and Recruiting Jira experience is useful in transitioning to this function, but not required Education and Experience The following education and experience are required: High School Diploma or GED Advanced-level experience, pro, and specialized expertise in functional experience and support of HR and/or Payroll systems Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Texas, which requires employees to work onsite at our Corporate Campus at least three days a week. The Department designates the specific three days of the week employees must work on-site. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive market salary ranging from $97,750 to $108,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
