Experienced Senior Information Examiner for Streaming Services – Data Analysis and Subscriber Management Expert

Job Overview The Senior Information Examiner will play a crucial role in supporting continuous subscriber measurement for various business-critical initiatives. This position will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure accurate delivery of subscription change messaging, including price increases, subscriber arrangements, and new data being collected. The successful candidate will also assist in identifying subscribers impacted by incidents requiring timely and lawful remediations, collaborating with incident management, Business Operations, and trade engineering to guarantee the integrity of our subscriber adjusts and client refunds when required. Key Responsibilities Manage data entry and document requirements related to subscriber informing drives and episode remediation, ensuring that the right clients receive refunds when required. Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally committing, to determine precise companions of subscribers for informing and/or remediation. Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners. Develop strong knowledge of subscriber adjusts and the technical system underlying subscriber data. Manage project planning and schedules, and facilitate cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events. Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of robust communication processes and operational playbooks. In collaboration with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering, contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of work experience developing in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline. 2+ years of analytical experience. Proven ability to convey technical and/or analytical concepts to a wide range of audiences. Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages. Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. Strong interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and data warehousing solutions. Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives. Strong understanding of business operations and finance principles. Certifications in data analysis, data science, or related fields.
