Our ABCS Learning Delivery team is at the forefront of this effort, and we're looking for a talented Senior Learning Specialist to help us drive excellence in our training programs. **The Role** As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping the learning experience for our Customer Support Associates. You'll be responsible for leading and supporting a team of up to 30 Associates, providing coaching, development, performance, and engagement to ensure their long-term success. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional training experiences that meet the diverse needs of our Associates, using a range of modalities including self-directed, instructor-led, virtual, and experiential learning. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll perform the following tasks: * **Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results** for the assigned territory and region, ensuring that our training programs are meeting their intended goals. * **Manage live performance metrics end to end** for the assigned territory, providing insights and recommendations to improve Associate performance. * **Conduct learning sessions on new processes** and deliver various training courses, including continuous learning, new hire batches, transfer batches, and more. * **Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel**, providing actionable insights to inform our training programs. * **Ensure completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs** on time, meeting our high standards for quality and timeliness. * **Partner with operational stakeholders** as a key point of contact for the Learning Experience team, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication. * **Identify and certify learning coaches**, providing them with the skills and support they need to excel in their roles. * **Lead individual improvement projects** to enhance business performance, driving quality and learning metrics that meet our high standards. * **Conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions** to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to improve our training programs. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **2+ years of experience in training delivery roles**, with a proven track record of creating exceptional learning experiences. * **1 year of experience in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience**, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this field. * **Proficient computer skills**, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and instructional software. * **Highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English**, with strong spoken and written accuracy and fluency in both languages. * **Flexible to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team** across a variety of time zones, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. * **Knowledge of adult learning, content design, and facilitation**, with a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * **Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position**, with a proven track record of success in these roles. * **Project management skills**, with the ability to supervise multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. * **Strong ability to multi-task**, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. **What We Offer** As a Senior Learning Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * **Competitive salary and benefits package**, with opportunities for growth and development. * **Flexible working arrangements**, including remote work options and flexible hours. * **Opportunities for career growth and development**, with a focus on employee development and succession planning. * **Collaborative and dynamic work environment**, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. * **Access to cutting-edge training and development programs**, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced learning professional looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
