The ideal candidate is a great communicator and innovator who can lead and support a team of up to 30 associates. They should have a deep understanding of adult learning principles, content design, and facilitation. Our ideal candidate is fluent in Japanese and English, with strong computer skills and experience in using Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Learning Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * **Supervising Structured Learning Metrics**: You will oversee the results of structured learning metrics for the assigned territory and region, ensuring that our training programs are meeting their intended goals. * **Managing Live Performance Metrics**: You will be responsible for managing live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory, ensuring that our customer support associates are meeting their performance targets. * **Conducting Learning Sessions**: You will conduct learning sessions on new processes and deliver various training courses, including continuous learning, new hire batches, and transfer batches. * **Maintaining Data and Analysis**: You will maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel, as per business requirements, to inform our training programs and improve our customer support experience. * **Ensuring Completion of Training Programs**: You will ensure that our new hire training program, coaching, and other performance improvement programs are completed on time, meeting our business requirements. * **Partnering with Operational Stakeholders**: You will partner with operational stakeholders as a key point of contact for the Learning Experience team, ensuring that our training programs are aligned with business objectives. * **Identifying and Certifying Learning Coaches**: You will identify and certify learning coaches, ensuring that our customer support associates have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. * **Leading Individual Improvement Projects**: You will lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance, working closely with our customer support associates to identify areas for improvement. * **Driving Quality and Learning Metrics**: You will drive quality and learning metrics, ensuring that our training programs are meeting their intended goals and that our customer support associates are meeting their performance targets. * **Conducting Chime Sessions and Classroom Sessions**: You will conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions with stakeholders, ensuring that our training programs are meeting their intended goals. **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles * 1 year of experience in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience * Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software * Highly Accurate and Fluent in Japanese and English * Spoken and Written accuracy and fluency with an Japanese and English * Flexible to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position * Project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects * Strong ability to multi-task **What We Offer** As a Senior Learning Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking team, creating exceptional training experiences for our customer support associates.
