Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Demand Planning to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our demand planning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective demand planning strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate and timely demand plans for all products in the portfolio, using tools such as Anaplan and SAP Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective communication Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to inform demand planning decisions Implement and maintain statistical forecasting models to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias Develop and present demand plans to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key risks and opportunities Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand the impact of new product launches, promotions, and other business initiatives on demand Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, such as supply chain disruptions or changes in customer behavior Continuously monitor and improve demand planning processes, leveraging best practices and new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or supply chain management Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry Proven track record of developing and implementing effective demand planning strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proficiency in demand planning tools, such as Anaplan and SAP, and experience with statistical forecasting models Strong business acumen and understanding of the beverage industry, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA or MS in supply chain management Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with experience working in a customer-facing role Certification in demand planning or a related field, such as CPIM or CSCP Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
