Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading collaborative business planning with key objectives to create and execute strategic partnership drives, category projects, and drive brand sales. You will work closely with our clients to review and identify strategic direction, pain points, and potential opportunities to promote product growth. Your expertise in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies will be essential in driving business results and expanding our brand presence in the market. Key Responsibilities Oversee and lead collaborative business planning with key objectives to create and execute strategic partnership drives, category projects, and drive brand sales Conduct regular client visits to review and identify strategic direction, pain points, and potential opportunities to promote product growth Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including creating Record Marketing Strategies that outline objectives, key drivers, significant activities, key support required, and new product proposals Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external, including our local packaging partners and wholesaler portfolio Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that arenaflex delivers the full depth and breadth of resources that result in mutual benefits and results Drive the stewardship agendas with key merchants that measure/communicate each partner's activities against mutually agreed-upon plans Activate arenaflex's category development (Juice, Tea, and other brands) at national and local levels with Foodservice wholesaler organization Champion change through the removal of obstacles and ongoing service issues to provide the highest level of wholesaler customer support Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. You should have a proven track record of leading, prioritizing, collaborating, and executing complex projects. Your expertise in relationship management, including suppliers, contractors, and bottlers, is essential. You should also have a deep understanding of supplier capabilities and performance to improve and manage relationships, particularly with foodservice wholesaler providers. Preferred Qualifications Experience in supply chain operations and transportation, including a understanding of transportation planning and management of DPU, Multi-purpose, and Over-the-Street carrier organization Ability to seek out options and suggest best solutions that gain all parties' backing and lead to mutual benefit results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
