Job Overview We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Senior Producer to join our team at arenaflex and lead the development of interactive games and experiences that showcase our vibrant array of characters and universes. As a creative and visionary leader, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams of developers, artists, and designers to create rich, durable, and truly "arenaflex" products that exceed player expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end production of multiple interactive games and experiences based on arenaflex's vast library of characters and worlds, including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Lucasfilm. Act as a central point of contact, problem solver, and lead collaborator within arenaflex, providing critical guidance and direction to ensure the successful development of our products. Engage with internal and external partners, including other Production leaders, to plan, direct, and track progress across the entire experience. Review all production assets, including content plans and guides, designs, staffing plans, and budgets, to ensure they are well-organized, practical, and aligned with the project's overall vision. Champion the production vision for the project within arenaflex, working with various internal partners to bring our content to life within the game. Provide expert advice and insights to key stakeholders regarding the experience, production of interactive games, and arenaflex Intellectual Properties. Drive the achievement of objectives and foster communication, organization, and accountability across the team. Continuously improve and refine production practices over time, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. Motivate and inspire a diverse team of developers to achieve their best, while having fun along the way! Essential Qualifications and Abilities To succeed in this role, you will need: 7 years of experience explicitly in product development/production of Console/Mobile/PC games or other entertainment, with a focus on interactive games and experiences. 3 years of experience in managing teams, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. A deep understanding of the art and science of excellent game development, including experience with various systems, tools, and how to structure production to support a team's resources and workflow. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships, navigate challenging issues, and reach consensus to achieve extraordinary results. Experience in shipping multiple mobile, console, or PC games with live operations components, with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet player expectations. A strong understanding of the gaming industry, including trends, technologies, and player preferences. Outstanding leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire enthusiasm and creativity in others, and to motivate teams to achieve their best. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement. Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. Knowledge of programming languages, such as C++, Java, or Python, with a focus on game development.
