As a Senior Product Designer in our Customer Experience & Integrity (CXI) Design team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience across our marketplace, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business metrics and customer satisfaction. About the Role As a Senior Product Designer at blithequark, you'll focus on designing end-to-end customer-facing experiences that delight and empower our users. You'll work across all sides of our marketplace, including consumer, merchant, and Dasher experiences, to identify pain points and develop creative solutions that drive business results. Your expertise in design thinking, creativity, and innovation will help us bring the heart and soul of blithequark to life, filling gaps in the user experience with unique and memorable interactions. Key Responsibilities Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting visions Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship your designs Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities Create, collaborate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals Design and ship high-quality product improvements that drive customer satisfaction and business metrics What We're Looking For We're seeking a senior-level IC with 5+ years of work experience in product design, with a passion for leading product strategy and vision for new product areas. You should be a master of the design process, with expertise in complex problem spaces and the ability to bring clarity to your teams through design sprints. Your skills should include: Essential Qualifications 5+ years of work experience in product design Expertise in design thinking, creativity, and innovation Strong leadership skills, with experience leading product strategy and vision Ability to work cross-functionally with cross-functional teams Strong communication and storytelling skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a marketplace or e-commerce environment Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD Experience with design systems and style guides Knowledge of user research and testing methodologies Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
