About the Role: Senior Research Analyst We're seeking an experienced Senior Research Analyst to join our team, working remotely from anywhere in the world. As a Senior Research Analyst, you'll play a vital role in driving success and delivering high-quality results for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and agile team, utilizing your technical and analytical skills to drive project execution, research support, analysis, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate project execution. Review survey instruments, checking for grammar, logic, and survey optimization, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to program surveys on our proprietary platform. Set up surveys in different languages for global projects, coordinating with third-party suppliers on translations and other activities. Execute fieldwork for complex market research studies, monitoring reports to meet project goals and metrics accurately, and communicate with clients to provide regular project updates. Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues, working with internal teams to drive projects forward. Provide research support to the Research Manager, assisting in questionnaire development, conducting thorough QA, and creating analysis plans for moderate complexity studies. Interpret data, write reports, and make actionable recommendations, building charts and slides for reporting deliverables with a focus on data visualization. Organize project materials, manage administrative processes, and perform closing tasks, including final cost analysis and investigations for projects. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: 3-5 years of experience in the market research industry, with a strong understanding of online survey research and deliverable execution. A bachelor's or master's degree in market research, social sciences, mathematics/statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with online survey platforms, such as Qualtrics, Decipher, Survey Monkey, Survey Gizmo, or Question Pro. Direct experience with data analytic software, such as SPSS, Q, R, or MarketSight. Exceptional technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot escalations and manage multiple project priorities in an agile environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate internally and externally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience working in a remote, virtual, and entrepreneurial setting. Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R. Certifications in market research or related fields, such as CRM or PMP. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
