About the Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our team and lead the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our customer experience strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone Large Data Platform. Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone platform. Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python). Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools. Proactively identify and automate routine tasks to improve best and efficiency. Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years. Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance. Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js). Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS). Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
