**Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation**

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, driving innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy. **Join the arenaflex Crew and Lead the Way** With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform and innovate this critical process. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey seller. * Work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and transformation. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage this knowledge to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform. * Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. * Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various use case levels. * Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. * Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools. * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best practices and efficiency. * Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique. **Essential and Preferred Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years. * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups. * Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools. * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Experience with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups. * Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and the ability to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our colleagues.
