This program is designed to help us identify areas for improvement, prioritize our efforts, and drive business growth. **The Senior Statistics Architect Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. This will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including product and process owners, technical teams, and Agile teams, to design and implement a robust data architecture that supports our customer listening program. Your primary objectives will be to: * Help improve and maintain the new VOC method sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted on Qualtrics * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs * Develop a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage this knowledge to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Leverage big data and batch/real-time analytical answers using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels * Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out, and builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential Qualifications and Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools * Strong understanding of data processing, data quality, and data governance principles **Preferred Qualifications and Skills** While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be highly desirable: * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques * Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks * Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
