As a Senior Statistics Architect on our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and transformation. **About blithequark** With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our team and lead the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for helping to improve and maintain the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted on Qualtrics. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs * Develop in-depth knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and implement large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate routine tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies * Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques * Experience with agile project management methodologies * Certification in data science, data engineering, or a related field **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and empowering.
