**Experienced Senior Technical Product Engineer – API Development and Integration**

The Business Investigators are responsible for eliciting requirements from business leaders for projects and then performing the necessary analysis and documentation to ensure the changes are made. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with Business and IT teams to identify and document APIs, record requirements for APIs and API consumers, develop test cases for automated test suites, and develop documentation. * Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Gathering, creating, planning, and maintaining business requirements for various projects and systems from inception to final execution, ensuring requirements meet guidelines. + Investigating, organizing, and maintaining production systems/programs/applications. + Assisting in the support and communication of project status reports and tracking. + Providing effective project cycles and expectations to shorten the project lifecycle, where applicable. * Work with application support and development teams to fix software bugs and raised issues. * Lead efforts to resolve issues with integrating systems based on various technologies. * Work with and participate in regular project status meetings. * Convert high-level Client Requirements into executable, detailed Client Stories to enable development. * Develop and maintain the product backlog. * Lead planning meetings with teams to focus on work in upcoming sprints. * Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles. * Regularly prioritizes the safety and security of self and others. * Experience in API practice/program at a large organization. * Strong experience with discovery, identification, and documentation of APIs. * Ability to work with multiple IT and business teams to gather and report API requirements. * Connect directly and daily with delivery teams to execute the project. * Ensure product acceptance and status at key points in the delivery cycle. * Develop communication materials and lead communication efforts around the product, needs, and future directions. * Participate in and lead planning meetings with the product team. **Advantages and Benefits to Help You Continue to Grow** Our culture is built on a shared commitment to living our values – Care, Integrity, Strength, Employee Empowerment, and Collaboration – every day, in everything we do.
