Key Responsibilities: Driving Success Identify children and families who would benefit from early help and undertake comprehensive assessments to determine their needs. Provide targeted early help services to address the assessed needs of children and families, promoting positive change and development. Work closely with other professionals and agencies to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting service users. Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Manage your caseload and diary effectively, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely responses to emerging needs. Essential Qualifications: The Foundation for Success To excel in this role, you'll need: A degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England. A valid driver's license. An up-to-date DBS check. Experience working in assessments within Children's Services, demonstrating a strong understanding of the complexities and challenges involved.
