As a Sign Placer, you will play a crucial role in our success, ensuring the effective placement and retrieval of temporary directional signs along road-sides during weekends. About Artisan Direct and the Weekend Directional Sign Business Artisan Direct is a well-established company that specializes in providing directional signage solutions for various clients. Our innovative approach and commitment to quality have enabled us to build a strong presence in the market. As a Sign Placer, you will be an integral part of our operations, contributing to the growth and success of our territory. Key Responsibilities Sign Placement and Retrieval: Install signs from 6PM on Fridays to 9AM on Saturdays and retrieve them late Sunday from 6PM till Monday morning, following a pre-approved route map. Proper Sign Placement Techniques: Learn and apply proper sign placement techniques as per location requirements to ensure maximum visibility and impact. Reporting and Replacement: Report and request replacements for any sign losses by Monday at 8AM each week. Backup Arrangements: Ensure coverage by arranging a qualified backup for weekends you are unavailable. Sign Storage: Store all signs safely when not in use. Reliable Vehicle: Possess a reliable vehicle that can accommodate all signs. Initiative and Ownership: Demonstrate initiative and a sense of ownership over your business and territory. Effective Communication: Maintain effective communication through mobile phone and email. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A reliable vehicle with sufficient space to accommodate all signs. A positive attitude, a keenness to learn, and an enjoyment of outdoor work. Excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. A strong sense of ownership and responsibility. While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a similar role or industry. Knowledge of sign placement techniques and strategies. Familiarity with GPS navigation and route mapping.
