The Role: Social Media Chat Sales Representative As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be working with our highly skilled client success team to initiate authentic conversations that drive sales for our clients' coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll be representing our clients, speaking as them on their social media platforms, and working closely with our teams to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Starting new conversations with potential clients through social media platforms (approximately 2 hours a day) Following up with leads and nurturing them through the sales process (approximately 2 hours a day) Implementing strategies to grow our clients' social media presence organically (approximately 2 hours a day) Responding to active leads and closing sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes a day) Managing daily communication tasks and reporting on sales performance (approximately 30 minutes a day) Requirements: What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: An Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English proficiency A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone A stable internet connection Full-time availability (8 hours a day, with some weekend work required) A location in any country in Latin America or Brazil A high level of commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error A passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment No previous experience is required, but you must be 100% confident in your English skills.
