As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with our Business Coach clients, engaging with potential customers through various social media platforms, and driving sales growth. About the Role: Becoming a Chat Assassin As a Chat Assassin at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation, creativity, and collaboration. Your primary objective will be to initiate authentic conversations, build relationships, and drive sales through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll work closely with our client success team to ensure seamless communication and maximize sales potential. Key Responsibilities: Initiate new conversations with potential customers through social media platforms (approximately 2 hours a day) Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to drive sales (approximately 2 hours a day) Grow and maintain organic account presence through engaging content and interactions (approximately 2 hours a day) Respond to active leads, address queries, and close sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes a day) Participate in daily communication tasks, team meetings, and management activities (approximately 30 minutes a day) Essential Qualifications: Advanced/Native English language proficiency (C1-C2 level) Proven sales and customer service experience (at least 4 months) Full-time availability (8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, and 2 hours on weekends) Located in Latin America or Brazil Possess a fully functional desktop/laptop and smartphone Stable internet connection Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working from home or in a remote setting Strong interest in sales, marketing, and social media Proactive and results-driven mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies: To succeed as a Chat Assassin at blithequark, you'll need to possess: Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal Strong sales and customer service acumen Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills Effective time management and organizational skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Career Growth Opportunities: At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow professionally and financially.
