Key Responsibilities Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across blithequark's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. You should be proficient in navigating and engaging with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
