About the Role: blithequark Social Media Customer Support Representative We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Customer Support Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Social Media Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through social media channels. You will be the face of blithequark, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through social media channels in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support Provide product information and support to customers, including answering questions about our vehicles, energy products, and services, and providing detailed information about our products and services Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on customer concerns, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services, including our vehicles, energy products, and software applications, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the industry Utilize social media management tools to monitor and respond to customer inquiries, as well as to track and analyze customer engagement metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to internal teams to improve customer engagement and satisfaction Participate in social media campaigns and initiatives to promote blithequark's brand and products, and to engage with our customers and followers, and contribute to the development of social media strategies and plans to achieve business objectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, and provide feedback and insights to internal teams to inform business decisions and improve customer satisfaction Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other customer-facing content to support customer self-service and reduce inbound inquiries Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer-facing content and ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across all channels Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field, with a strong foundation in customer service, social media, and sustainable energy solutions 2+ years of experience in customer service, social media, or a related field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling responses to customer inquiries and provide clear and concise information to customers Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner, and provide creative solutions to customer problems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines, and to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and the ability to utilize these platforms to engage with customers and promote blithequark's brand and products Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve common goals and objectives, and to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and support Knowledge of the automotive or energy industry, with a focus on sustainable energy solutions, and a strong understanding of the latest developments and innovations in the industry Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms, and the ability to utilize these tools to engage with customers and promote blithequark's brand and products Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages commonly spoken by blithequark customers, and the ability to provide customer support and service in multiple languages Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to track and analyze customer engagement metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to internal teams to improve customer engagement and satisfaction Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, and to provide clear and concise information to customers Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve
