About the Role As a Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for driving business growth through authentic conversations on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will work closely with our highly skilled client success team to sell coaching programs and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your day-to-day activities will include starting new conversations, following up with leads, growing organic accounts, replying to active leads, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms Follow up with leads to build relationships and drive sales Grow organic accounts through engaging content and strategic outreach Reply to active leads and close sales to meet monthly targets Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an Advanced or Native level of English (C1-C2) and have a strong desire to work in a sales environment. You should have a fully working desktop or laptop, a smartphone, and a stable internet connection. Full-time availability is required, with a minimum of 8 hours per day and 2 hours on weekends. You should be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil and have a proven track record of at least 4 months in sales or customer service roles.
