Our team is passionate about making a difference in people's lives, and we are committed to building a motivating and positive work environment that fosters growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Entering application data and responding to online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities * Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism * Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a commitment to full attendance for paid training * A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet is required) * A personal device with a functioning camera required for the training period * A high level of comfort with learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is highly desirable.
