Key Responsibilities Route questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing Make outbound calls and fax physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills Work in a high-production environment, multitasking between patient referrals while maintaining exceptional customer service and attention to detail Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure seamless patient care Utilize strong computer skills to accurately and efficiently process prescriptions, manage data, and maintain records Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills.
