Job Overview The Senior Sourcing Specialist will play a critical role in our organization, working closely with business stakeholders to identify and select the best service providers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and agreement negotiations Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders Evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria Develop and lead RFI/RFP processes for professional services according to arenaflex policies and procedures Analyze bids based on total cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value Prepare and execute clear, based negotiation strategies utilizing Strategic Sourcing methodology Prepare and execute contracts as well as perform post-award administration Understand and assist with the development and execution of performance management programs with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices Communicate and document to management the status of any significant external relationships that could impact planning and decision-making Analyze market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external providers and/or pricing Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with current industry best practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of services category sourcing Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels Strong strategic agility Strong analytical skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong negotiation skills Ability to collaborate in a team environment Internal client focus Ability/preference to work in various environments Ability to handle ambiguity Knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement processes, basic legal terms & conditions, and entertainment industry trends and conditions Proven proficiency with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements Established experience working with the legal department on matters related to boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services Professional Services Sourcing background is a plus Consulting/Advisory background is a plus Education A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is required.
