We are now seeking an experienced Strategy and Operations Manager, Partner Ecosystem, to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our partner ecosystem and channels organization. About the Position This role is designed for a strategic thinker with a passion for data analysis, business growth, and partnership development. As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will work closely with Cloud leaders and stakeholders to define, implement, and operationalize strategies for Google Cloud's Partner Ecosystem and Channels organization. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the overall strategy and execution of our partner ecosystem, enabling rapid customer acquisition, accelerated business consumption growth, and enhanced customer outcomes. You will collaborate with partners such as Global System Integrators, Sell and Services Partners, and ISVs to achieve these goals. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, advisory recommendations, and strategic business plans for the leadership of the Partner Ecosystem and Channels organization, focusing on driving business growth and improving customer and partner experience. Utilize advanced data analysis to identify performance trends across the Cloud partner ecosystem, developing analytical insights reports on key trends and presenting findings to stakeholders. Define and implement large-scale, complex strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer and partner experience and business impact, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to execute priorities and ensure alignment. Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement enablement programs, focusing on people, processes, and tooling changes with partner managers, sellers, customers, and partners, to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. Support the strategic and annual business planning process with business unit leaders, ensuring that plans are data-driven, realistic, and aligned with company objectives. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and experience in managing complex projects and partnerships. The minimum qualifications include: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field. At least 6 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Program Management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. Experience with spreadsheet analysis and data interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include: A Master's degree in Business Administration or a similar field, demonstrating advanced knowledge of business principles, strategy, and operations. Experience leading senior cross-functional stakeholders and partners, influencing executive decision-making, and navigating complex organizational dynamics, with a strong ability to build and maintain strategic relationships. Intermediate SQL skills and advanced spreadsheet analysis capabilities, with experience in data analysis and interpretation. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and insights to various audiences, including executive leadership, partners, and customers.
