As a Student Success Coach, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional student support and guidance. **Key Responsibilities** As a Student Success Coach, you'll be responsible for assisting students throughout their education program with arenaflex. Your key responsibilities will include: * Supporting enrollment, student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience * Managing a group of assigned students and coaching each through their degree program, through proactive and timely outreach * Encouraging and supporting students through daily and weekly outreach as they work to develop skills and knowledge for academic success * Providing a trusted environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests * Offering and teaching students how to use resources to help maximize the success of each student * Becoming a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support * Being a liaison for students, enabling them to connect with various departments **What We're Looking For** We're seeking an experienced and passionate individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our students.
