About the Role In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of blithequark, and your excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy will be essential in building trust and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding to questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Identify and assess customer needs, providing personalized solutions and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Build strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, using a range of tools and resources to ensure that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents as required. Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Fluency in Swedish (C1 - C2), with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A very good command of English (B2 – C1), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Good MS Office skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. Strong phone contact handling skills, with excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Customer-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to respond to different types of characters and situations. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
