Your key responsibilities will include: Working hours and change management, including nights and weekends, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations Performing daily quality assurance activities to ensure uptime and standardization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions Demonstrating superior ability to manage and navigate complex escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions to technical issues Overseeing Telemedia video projects, ensuring successful project delivery and meeting client expectations Creating and maintaining all project documents, including drawings, specifications, scope of work, and maintenance schedules, to ensure accurate records and compliance Maintaining a thorough understanding of associated products within Telemedia, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent academic achievement and experience equivalent to a four-year college degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a Cisco Collaboration-related field Strong working knowledge of A/V, Video Conferencing, Networking, and Unified Collaboration System Technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting Requires analytical and technical skill to troubleshoot equipment, diagnose, and resolve issues, with a strong problem-solving mindset Possess the mentality to provide "white-glove" level service by telephone, email, and in person, delivering exceptional customer experiences Basic understanding of VMWare and virtualization technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager 11.x or above, with a strong understanding of Cisco Collaboration technologies Basic understanding of layer 2 and 3 Cisco route/switch technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting Proficiency in common office productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Lucid Charts, and Service Now, with the ability to learn new software applications Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience working in a financial industry setting, with a strong understanding of the sector's unique challenges and requirements Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, with a strong understanding of service management principles and practices Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure, with a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and flexibility Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
