About the Role We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will become an expert in using our innovative software, advising customers on how to successfully set up their own accommodation website and grow their vacation rental business. Your expertise will be crucial in providing top-notch technical support, troubleshooting, and guiding customers to make the most of our platform. Key Responsibilities Providing technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution Troubleshooting complex technical issues related to our software, collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues Identifying and documenting bugs or issues in our software, developing technical documentation for internal and external use Ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality service, developing strong relationships with our customers Collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues, providing feedback to improve our software and services What Makes You a Great Fit? To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Experience with CRM and customer support software such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies Experience with cloud-based software and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus, as well as experience in the travel or hospitality industry Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, you should: Be highly motivated and passionate about helping customers, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company Have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Be able to work effectively in a remote team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication Be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Knowledge of the vacation rental industry, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by property owners and managers Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to improve our services Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication Strong attention to detail, with a focus on providing high-quality services and support to our customers Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
