As a key member of our customer support team, you will be pivotal in delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the customer support team, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly, identifying opportunities to improve our support processes, and working with other team members to enhance our overall customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the customer support team by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Identify opportunities to improve our support processes and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. * Seek ways to optimize our customer support across various channels, primarily Zendesk and email, and adapt based on feedback. * Understand customer pain points and offer solutions that meet their needs while adhering to company policies. * Work with other team members to enhance our overall customer service. **Working Hours:** * Working hours during initial onboarding and training will be between 9am-4pm CEST. * Regular working hours will be from 8pm to midnight CEST, Sunday to Thursday. **Requirements:** * 2-4 years of Customer Service experience. * Strong English skills for clear and effective communication. * Technical proficiency. * Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets. * Familiar with the Zendesk support platform. **Ideal Candidate:** * Excellent communicator. * Empathetic. * Eager to learn. * Self-motivated. * Humble and collaborative, with a positive attitude. **What's in it for you?** * Competitive Salary: Enjoy a monthly salary of $1,200 for this part-time role. * Global Work Flexibility: Work remotely from anywhere in the world. * Year-End Bonus: Receive a bonus at the end of the year if we achieve our goals. **The Hiring Process:** The hiring process for this position will include the following steps: * Completing the application form on JobRack. * Recording a short video introduction of yourself. * If shortlisted, completing test tasks. * Attending video interviews to discuss your previous experience and the new role in more detail. **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment.
