As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you'll be part of a talented team of engineers, designers, and innovators who are passionate about using technology to drive positive change. **About the Role** As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects that involve cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and machine learning. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Your expertise will be critical in driving process improvement, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, and developing business cases that align with our company's strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and develop business cases based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to move forward **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics * 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects involving a diverse range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical * 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared objectives * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects that drive business growth and innovation * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a talented team of engineers, designers, and innovators * Professional development opportunities, including training, mentorship, and career growth * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools, including cloud infrastructure and data analytics platforms **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply to this exciting opportunity.
