Job Highlights Location: 100% Remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space Position: Technical Recruiter, specializing in the healthcare industry Start Date: Immediate openings available, so you can start making an impact right away Company: Workwarp, a leading company in the healthcare industry, committed to making a difference Compensation: A competitive salary, along with a range of benefits, to recognize your skills and experience Key Responsibilities As a Technical Recruiter, your key responsibilities will include: Managing the full life cycle recruiting process for various roles within the tech industry, ensuring that the best candidates are identified and hired Leveraging your tech industry knowledge and experience to drive decision-making, and providing expert advice to hiring managers Conducting video interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles, and utilizing your knowledge of hiring processes and systems to improve recruitment outcomes Maintaining strong consultative relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business needs, and providing regular updates on recruitment progress Utilizing your knowledge of hiring processes and systems to improve recruitment outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Extensive experience with various hiring processes, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their individual strengths and weaknesses Proficiency in utilizing video technology for recruitment purposes, such as interviews or company presentations Demonstrable experience managing offshore recruitment, with a focus on navigating the unique challenges this presents Proven ability to manage the full life cycle of recruitment, from initial sourcing and screening to the final onboarding process Familiarity with TRICARE health program, with a focus on understanding its implications for potential candidates in the healthcare industry Experience with the NIS (National Insurance Scheme) and its relevance in the recruitment process within the healthcare sector Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of the sector and its recruitment challenges A degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business, or a related discipline Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as CPRW or CIR Experience with recruitment software and systems, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders Organizational skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with recruitment software and systems Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
