Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a professional and timely manner. This includes responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, using your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to provide effective solutions. You'll need to be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues, think critically, and come up with creative solutions that meet our customers' needs. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues. This includes using our customer relationship management (CRM) software to log customer interactions, update records, and track issues from start to finish. Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, to provide expert advice and support to customers. You'll need to stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies, and be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant solutions. This includes understanding our customers' needs and preferences, and making recommendations that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Deliver expert customer experiences, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service and support that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. You'll need to be able to build rapport with our customers, understand their needs and concerns, and provide personalized support that leaves a lasting impression. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong focus on building customer relationships, with a minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience. You should also be comfortable working an evening or overnight schedule, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Technical support experience is preferred, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. You'll need to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection. You'll need to have a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions, and a computer that meets our technical requirements. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously. You'll need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry. You'll need to be curious, motivated, and eager to learn, with a passion for staying current with the latest technologies and trends. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. You'll need to be able to think critically, troubleshoot complex issues, and come up with creative solutions that meet our customers' needs. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues. You'll need to be comfortable using computers, and have a basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking principles. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred but not essential. If you have experience with these operating systems, or similar technologies, it will be considered an asset.
