About the Role As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative working remotely with blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing outstanding customer service experiences. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, resolving technical issues, and delivering expert support via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through internet-based interactions. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to deliver expert support. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and promoting blithequark's solutions to meet their evolving needs. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, consistently demonstrating a positive and professional attitude, and embodying blithequark's commitment to customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications Strong focus on building customer relationships, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service experiences. 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support or related role. Technical support experience is preferred, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success. Open availability, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer skills, including proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, and strong problem-solving skills. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a smartphone. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and work independently. Technical certifications or specialized training in areas such as IT, computer science, or a related field. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, helpdesk ticketing systems, or other relevant technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
