About the Role The Technology Analyst position is a critical component of our People and Money Business Day Group, focusing on the Business Day release of management and account transfer processes. You'll collaborate closely with our Delivery Team, Developers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business domain and system functionalities. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, business insight, and interpersonal skills to drive success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct requirements analysis to develop high-quality solutions that meet business needs and departmental standards. Manage activities to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to stakeholders and team members. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex business and technical issues. Collaborate with Technology colleagues to provide solutions and guidance within their area of expertise. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Develop and prioritize work streams, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, articulating business and technical requirements clearly and concisely. Proactively monitor program risks, issues, and scope, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in business analysis, technical skills, and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Intermediate-level knowledge and experience in IT operations, programming, systems/software development, or a related field. Proficient knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and technical environments. Excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues and develop practical solutions. The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, prioritizing multiple work streams and tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous: Business day technical knowledge and experience. Bull 2.0 migration experience. Data analysis and migration experience. Agile project management experience. Core integration and custom reporting insight. Migration reports generation insight.
