About the Role We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Tele Chat Support Agent (Offsite) to provide exceptional support to our customers via chat in English. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will ensure a seamless and professional experience for our customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic, and accurate support during every interaction. Collaborate with internal teams to report escalations or resolve complex issues as needed. Document and update customer interactions accurately in the company’s support tools and databases.
