Key Responsibilities As a Temporary Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Transferring data from paper formats collected during events into our database using a laptop and mouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Accurately interpreting and inputting handwritten information into our database, with a high level of attention to detail. Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents, to ensure data integrity and quality. Updating and maintaining existing data records, to ensure that our database is up-to-date and accurate. Organizing and filing paperwork after data entry, to ensure that all documents are properly stored and easily accessible. Assisting with other tasks as needed, to support the data management team and contribute to the success of arenaflex. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment, including laptops and databases. Ability to type quickly and accurately, with a minimum of 40-45 words per minute and 80-90% accuracy. Keen attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Basic understanding of databases and data management principles. Good command of English, both spoken and written, with strong communication and customer service skills. Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide training and support to help you develop your skills.
