Experienced Trades Instructor and Coach – HVAC, Plumber, Electrician Training and Mentorship for the Fud Community

We're now seeking an experienced Trades Instructor and Coach to join our community and help our members develop the skills they need to succeed in their entrepreneurial pursuits. Job Summary We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Trades Instructor and Coach to provide professional training and coaching to members of the Fud community. As a Trades Instructor and Coach, you'll be responsible for helping our members learn the skills they need to succeed in their entrepreneurial endeavors, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades. You'll have access to a wide range of resources and tools to assist you in your mentoring activities, including online courses, live workshops, and other training materials. Responsibilities As a Trades Instructor and Coach, you'll be responsible for: Providing one-on-one and group mentoring to side hustlers, helping them develop their side hustle ideas and set goals and track progress Sharing knowledge and resources with side hustlers, staying up-to-date on the latest trends in side hustles, and building relationships with side hustlers and other mentors Developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and webinars on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, as well as other relevant topics Creating and sharing video, livestreaming, and text content to help side hustlers learn and grow Collaborating with other Fud team members to develop and implement community programs and initiatives Providing support and motivation to side hustlers, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A strong background in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and skill levels Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools, including generative AI A passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, with a desire to help others achieve financial freedom Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions A high level of initiative and positive approach, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: Experience in teaching or training others, either in a formal or informal setting Knowledge of online learning platforms and tools, such as learning management systems and video conferencing software Experience with social media marketing and content creation Knowledge of personal finance and entrepreneurship, with a focus on side hustles and online business Benefits As a Trades Instructor and Coach with Fud, you'll enjoy: A competitive salary and benefits package The opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team of like-minded individuals Access to a wide range of resources and tools to assist you in your mentoring activities The chance to make a real difference in the lives of others, helping them achieve financial freedom and success A flexible and remote work arrangement, with the ability to work from anywhere Opportunities for professional growth and development, with a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship How to Apply If you're a motivated and experienced Trades Instructor and Coach looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply now!
